This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refund eligibility and service cancellations.


1. General Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Rankpy Marketing Services including but not limited to:

  • Paid Search Marketing

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Email Marketing

  • Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Social Media Marketing

  • WhatsApp Marketing

  • Website Development

  • E-Commerce Development

By purchasing our services, you agree to abide by the terms laid out in this document.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Pre-Service Refund Eligibility

Clients who request a cancellation before the start of service execution (i.e., before any work or planning begins) may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees or transaction charges incurred.

To initiate a refund request:

  • Include your invoice number and details of the payment made

  • Clearly state the reason for cancellation

2.2 Post-Service Commencement

Once the services have been initiated, including planning, strategy, design, or deployment:

  • No refund will be issued, even if the customer chooses not to continue with the services

  • In case of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to reach out for adjustments or revisions where applicable

2.3 Service-Specific Conditions

  • SEO, Paid Ads, Email & WhatsApp Marketing: These involve substantial setup, strategy, and real-time campaign efforts. Therefore, once initiated, they are non-refundable.

  • Website & E-Commerce Development: If the project has moved beyond the initial design approval, no refund is applicable. However, we offer limited post-delivery maintenance, minor edits, and bug fixes as part of our support.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may request a cancellation of services by sending a wrin request via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations made:

  • Before service initiation: Full refund (as stated in Section 2.1)

  • After service initiation: No refund, but services may be stopped upon client request

3.2 Rankpy-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel service contracts under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide necessary information or documents

  • Breach of terms outlined in the Client Agreement or Terms & Conditions

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
    In such cases, we will issue a partial refund if services have not been fully delivered.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registration and hosting charges

  • Paid media costs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Third-party tools or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client

  • Administrative or bank processing fees


5. Delivery Confirmation and Sign-off

Upon completion of services:

  • Clients will be sent a final delivery confirmation or “Customer Service Delivery Note”

  • Clients are expected to sign or digitally acknowledge the delivery

  • Signed confirmation implies that the client is satisfied and accepts the project as complete

No refund or chargeback will be accepted after delivery acknowledgment.


6. Maintenance and Support After Delivery

While refunds are not applicable post-service, we do offer:

  • Free maintenance support for minor changes (for a fixed period depending on the package)

  • Suggestions and guidance for ongoing performance optimization

Examples of free support include:

  • Minor content edits

  • Link updates

  • Bug fixes (on delivered websites)


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients are requested to contact us before initiating any chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to:

  • Immediate termination of all services

  • Blacklisting from future projects with Rankpy Marketing Services

  • Legal action, where required
